When to Enroll
You are eligible to enroll or make changes to most benefits only in the following circumstances:
- As a new employee or newly-eligible employee
- During Open Enrollment, which is held each fall for benefits effective January 1
- If you experience a qualifying work/life event
Some benefits can be changed throughout the year:
- Health savings account (HSA) contributions
- Supplemental life/AD&D insurance
- Fidelity retirement savings account
You may also change your beneficiaries at any time by emailing benefits@navigators.org.
