Live and Work Well
The Navigators offers the Optum Live and Work Well employee assistance program (EAP) to help you achieve a better work/life balance. All employees and their household members are eligible for this program. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home.
You can access up to five counseling sessions per issue each year. Counseling sessions are available face to face or online with web video. You can also call 24 hours a day for in-the-moment emotional well-being support and daily life assistance.
All services are free and confidential.
