Paid Time Off (PTO) & Leave

Under the Healthy Families and Workplace Act (HFWA), eligible employees located in Colorado will accrue paid sick leave on a prorated basis, based on the number of hours scheduled to work.

Under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), eligible employees can take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave in a 12-month period. The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA) protects the job rights of individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave employment positions to undertake military service or certain types of service in the National Disaster Medical System.
