Save the Date! 2024 Benefits Open Enrollment is happening November 5 – 19, 2023.
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections for the new plan year, which begins January 1. During Open Enrollment, you can:
- Add, cancel or change your coverage
- Add or remove eligible family members to/from coverage
- Enroll or re-enroll in the health savings account (HSA) or health care flexible spending account (FSA)
2024 Annual Open Enrollment
All benefits-eligible staff are required to participate in Open Enrollment each year. This includes anyone who is waiving coverage and anyone keeping the same coverage for the new year. Even if you just elected benefits, you must make 2024 elections.
If you are going to be traveling or unavailable during these dates, please contact the Benefits Department at benefits@navigators.org as soon as possible (we cannot accept late submissions).
