Important Information Regarding 2021 Annual Open Enrollment

Hi Navigator Family,

Open Enrollment for all benefit-eligible staff is Tuesday, November 3 – Sunday, November 15.  All benefit-eligible staff are required to participate in Open Enrollment each year.  Please contact the Benefits Team if you have concerns regarding these enrollment dates; we cannot accept late submissions.

2021 Benefits Packet: Instructions for Open Enrollment, information regarding changes to your 2021 benefits, the 2021 coverage and premiums rates, vendor contact information, and your Credible Coverage Disclosure Notice (annual notice regarding Medicare Part D and prescription coverage)

The Navigators EAP Benefits Summary: Access and resource information regarding the free Employee Assistance Program for work/life assistance including free mental health counseling

Please remember upcoming communication throughout Open Enrollment will ONLY be sent to your Navigator Email.  Make sure you are logging in to your Navigator email during Open Enrollment. Please keep in mind you may receive emails regarding Open Enrollment from Workday in addition to The Benefits Team.
